PRIXX to Represent India at ROBOGAMES-2023 for Combat Robotics.

- Team Prixx has good history in Combat Robotics (ROBOWAR), since 2017, when we collaborated with our college Team Olympians. We have many National achievements in robotics, and have also represented India 3 times in Combat Robotics and Cybersecurity Robot Agent challenge in China in 2017 and 2018.

- This time we will represent India for the first time in Combat Robotics (Robowar), at ROBOGAMES, Pleasanton, USA in April 2023, which is Olympics of Robots. Robogames has 50 different events organized like combat robots, fire-fighters, LEGO bots, hockey bots, walking humanoids, soccer bots, sumo bots, and even androids that do kung-fu, some robots are autonomous, some are remote controlled. It was started in 2009 and after 13 years India’s 2 team will be participating in Combat Robotics for the 1st time.

- In this our Maharashtra team will represent India. We are total 11 Team members with team’s Mentor- Kartik Shinde, Captain- Sushant Barde, Manufacturing head- Nishant Mahajan, Rohan Khopade, Chaitanya Gaikwad, Om Dolas are there. Our experience from 2016-2020, of 4years helped us participate in many National and International events in Combat Robotics and won at many prestigious college events like VJTI, Mumbai, TECHFEST IIT, Mumbai, SPCOE,Mumbai, NIT,Warangle, etc. We also represented India for FMB-WorldCup Championship held in Shanghai, China in 2017 and 2018 and also participated in GEEKPWN-2018 Robot Agent Challenge held in Las Vegas, USA and Shanghai, China.

- We think this participation will help to encourage our fellow Indian Roboteers and make more Combat Robots and participate in events like Techfest, IIT, Mumbai and contribute. This will also develop interest of many students in Robotics and make our Indian Robotics sector grow. These robots might also be useful in defence sector as they generate large amount of energy. We have also developed robots which could be used as Spy robots and do task as needed with manually operated systems.

- We as Team have took steps toward growing our Indian Robowar community by helping many new comers to guide, design and manufacture robots at lowest cost, which is encouraged by Indian Robotics Community as helping hand for growth of college teams and new comers to survive in Combat Robotics.
